Return Policy

At Océa, customer satisfaction is important. If a purchase does not meet expectations, returns are possible under the conditions below.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

After notifying the return, an additional 14 days is granted to send the product back.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if opened)
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to info@ocea.com
  2. Include order number and reason for return
  3. Return instructions will be provided

Items must not be sent back without prior contact.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless required by law)

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact info@ocea.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos as proof

A replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

All orders are shipped using DHL or equivalent trusted partners.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is provided.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Order size/weight

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.


5. Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Tracking details are sent via email once the order has been shipped.


6. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volumes
  • External logistics issues

Océa is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

  • Contact immediately via info@ocea.com
  • Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch
